Emma Teak Bed — 15-Year Structural Warranty
Emma warrants the structural frame, joinery, and components of the Emma Teak Bed against manufacturing defects for a period of 15 years from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.
1. What Is Covered
• Structural failure of the frame under normal use within the rated 300kg load capacity
• Defects in the EasyLock™ joinery system (joints failing to lock, hold, or bear rated load)
• Cracking, splitting, or warping of the teak wood not caused by external factors
• Manufacturing defects in the AeroFlex™ Ortho Beams support base
2. What Is Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, minor finish fading over time, natural wood grain variation)
• Damage from exceeding the rated 300kg load capacity
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modification
• Damage caused by water exposure from external sources (spills, flooding, leaks). Please note: the bed's natural moisture resistance applies to ambient humidity only, not standing water or submersion
• Damage occurring during a customer-managed relocation or disassembly/reassembly not performed per provided instructions
• Cosmetic damage from cleaning products, sunlight discoloration, or improper care
• Any bed purchased through unauthorized resellers or secondhand
• Natural knots on the wood and slight variation from the images shown on this website
